Every model can reason. None of them can see. Binary Labs' BNII captures the real behavioural signal of hundreds of millions of people and turns it into the intelligence every industry builds its own models on. The model is swappable. The data layer is not.

00 · The thesis

The model is a commodity. The data layer is the moat. Palantir proved it in the enterprise — its advantage was never the AI, it was the data layer that made every model land. We prove the same on consumer behaviour no lab or app can reach.

01 · Origin

Founded on the hardest case, on purpose.

The Binary Labs was established in 2026, built where behavioural data is hardest to assemble and most valuable to hold — proving the layer at national scale before generalising it.

What began as one integration is now one horizontal layer across 10 markets and 6 sectors: banking, telecom, retail, insurance, media and research. The same layer travels — the integration compounds, it doesn't rebuild.

We build the engine. Our partners build their models — and own every decision.

We build the engine, never the decision.
We supply the intelligence. The partner builds the model and owns the call — on their own licence, in every sector.

Anonymised aggregates only, k≥50.
No personal data leaves the boundary. Everything is aggregated and anonymised at a k≥50 floor — regulator-readable by design.

Model-agnostic, always.
Swap GPT, Claude or an open model beneath — the data layer, metrics and agents don't change. The model is swappable; the layer is not.

Vertical-aware, never vertical-owned.
One horizontal layer, aware of every vertical — but we never run the app, own the customer, or compete with the partners who build on us.
